How do I return or exchange any item puchased from HEROIC Racing Apparel?

Our return policy is pretty straightforward: any product, any time, any reason. At HEROIC, we assume our customers are intelligent and trustworthy. If we extend our trust to you, we know that you will in return treat us fairly.
Could you technically return your HEROIC product after wearing them for many months? No. We expect that if you want to return your product, you have a good reason, and we'll leave it to you. It's non-consensus, but like Bruce Dunlevie once said, we'll put the gun in your hand. Size issues.. No problems... We will get the right size right to your door. No questions.
Exemption: If your purchase has been damaged in any way. Just send us a picture of the product if you have any question and we will be fair with you. We want your continued business. Just ask.
We're a different kind of racing apparel company. We admire companies like Nordstrom's, Trader Joe's, Patagonia, Starbucks, REI, and JetBlue for having great customer service, and we aim to do the same.

How to Make a Return

We ship exclusively via FedEx and HEROIC covers the cost of exchanging or returning products back to our HQ for all domestic customers. Unfortunately, due to international customs and documentation requirements, no parcel carrier (DHL, UPS, or FedEx) offers us the capability for us to provide prepaid return labels to our international customers. HEROIC will not pay for the second shipment out to international customers who need to do size or style exchanges.

Please take the following steps to send your purchased product back to us to exchange for a new size, style, or for a credit to your card.

  1. Access your Order History to view which orders you can return. Did you receive HEROIC Racing Apparel as a gift? You can also easily process a gift exchange.
  2. Click on the order that contains the HEROIC item that you would like to return.
  3. Select the pairs that you would like to return, highlight the reasons and what actions you would like us to take (exchange, refund, call you).
  4. Print the label that FedEx will then send you, affix to a box and drop off at a FedEx location, or have them pick it up from your house or office (details will be in the email).
